Not being able to play sims after free download

The orange play button and game are greyed out. November I know what is happing! What is going on id you most likely already had a sims 4 tab open and that's why you where unable to play but if anyone else sees my reply I have a problem of my own I I recently bught sims 4 city living and I will chose a sim but every freaking time it brings me back to the neigborhoods page anyone know whats going on!
