In Properties, go to Drivers Tab and click on Uninstall. Reinstall your audio driver from Manufacturer's Website in Compatibility mode. This error 0x only shows when I am trying to stream music on the Groove Music app. It plays things in my collection just fine with the exception of a couple but that's another problem and songs from OneDrive it plays fine. All other applications where sound is needed, I can hear just fine but when I use the Groove Music app for streaming songs - nothing.
